The theme of the congress will be Citizens and Mobility Management, and it will take place in Madrid on 25-27 September 2006.
The event will be inaugurated by Mayor A. Ruiz Gallardón and will include high-level local, national and European speakers. Spanish-English interpretation will be provided, in order to encourage both national and European stakeholders to gather in Madrid.
