EMTA organised a workshop on the topic of contracts between transport authorities and operators on November 23 in Rome. This workshop, which 70 transport professionals and experts attended, tackled issues such as quality in contracts, investment contracts and the way contracts can best prepared. It enabled to learn from the experiences in cities such as Barcelona, Brussels, Frankfurt, Madrid, Manchester, Oslo, Paris and Rome.
