Missions
ATAC SpA is the company that has taken the lead and is orchestrating the project on the transformation and restructuring of local public transport in Rome. Its role is to plan, co-ordinate monitor, promote and sell transport services delivered by other companies, in particular :
– surface transport services assigned to Trambus SpA and to a number of new operators in Rome
– underground transport services assigned to Met.ro SpA.
