Organization
The two Public Transport Authorities Oslo City council and Akershus County council owe together the Public Transport Executive Ruter As.
Missions
AS Oslo Sporveier to Ruter As will - based on a sound economic foundation - develop, co-ordinate and operate a city transportation system that is safe, efficient, attractive and environmentally responsible.
